The works included the demolition of the 1000m2 RC roof slab and plant room, protection and propping of the retained façade, propping throughout the existing structure, cut and carve RC works, new 280te steel structure providing two additional levels of office space, lightweight concrete on metal deck floors, brick and blockwork.
