Groundworks, basement and superstructure for a development of 90 studio flats adjacent the University of Winchester. The project was built to an accelerated programme, requiring careful planning and logistics due to its sensitive location. Our package included sheet piling, temporary works, excavation, grade 3 waterproof basement, precast concrete stair core, RC superstructure, storm tanks and drainage.
