Groundworks, podium and 21 storey slipformed core for a modular development of 153 apartments. With the footprint of the structure covering the whole footprint of the site, the project required complex sequencing and just in time logistics. Our package included groundworks, drainage, storm tanks, RC first floor podium, 21 storey slipformed core, 9 storey ancillary RC frame, feature precast stair core.
